Returns

You may return, unopened items, within 30 days of delivery for a full 100% refund.  You will receive 85% of an opened package that is mailed back to us within 30 days of delivery. The package has to be returned in its original condition.

Receiving a Refund

You will receive your refund in the same manner in which it was purchased. All refunds will be processed within two days of receipt.

Refund Notification

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I received your program. I think its PERFECT! I have been searching for all the reading rules for so long, and I am thrilled to find your program. We will have a lot more learning time this summer vacation. I really expect great results for my son. We have already worked on it and my son is learning and liking it. Although when the DVD said that the lessons will take 30 hours, he thought he would have to do it for the next 30 hours… straight! I laughed so hard.
